Being on-the-ground in Dubai provides our global firm with an essential hub to support projects around the world, and a source of engineering innovation. Syska Hennessy Group has almost 50 years history in providing front-line contribution to the development of Middle East projects, starting with the King Saud University in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia in 1975. We have extensive experience in the MEP/FP engineering design, architecture, construction, consulting, and studies of data centers in the Gulf Corporation Council markets. Our clients include organizations such as the Arab Bank of Jordan, Central Bank of UAE, Etisalat, EITC “DU”, DAMAC Data Centers, Saudi Aramco, Saudi Public Investment Fund, Tadawul, SADAR Chemical Company, Saudi Telecommunication Company (STC), Mobily, Oman Royal Office, Batelco in Bahrain, Khazna Data Centers, Dubai Roads and Transportation Authority, to name a few. We also completed a flagship data center and ICT project for National Microfinance Bank’s new headquarters in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, and we commissioned a TIER IV facility for Mauritius Telecom. One of our most notable projects was the Office of The Future, the world’s very first 3D-printed office, located in Dubai.
