Information and Communication Technology
(ICT)

Syska Hennessy Group’s information and communication technology (ICT) team provides a suite of technology design and consulting services encompassing building automation, cyber security and virtualization for projects of every size, budget or sector.

In 1986, Syska launched an in-house, low-voltage systems group to meet client demand for dedicated technology services. Since then, technology has driven a lifetime’s worth of innovation, and we’ve been at the forefront of helping design, upgrade and maintain technology systems for each unique environment—from large, complex, mixed-use developments to boutique interiors. We perform master planning and project management consulting to set the technology framework.

We bring comprehensive experience from projects for leading academic campuses, critical facilities, data centers, call centers, healthcare environments, high-density financial trading floors and office interiors, for clients from state-of-the-art lab and science building at Cooper Union in New York City, to the mega mixed-use Lotte World Tower in Seoul, South Korea, to the new patient tower for Danbury Hospital in Danbury, Connecticut.

Delivering Sustainability Energy Efficiencies Solutions

With increasingly stringent mandates by local municipalities to reduce carbon emissions, airport authorities rely on Syska’s high-performance expertise and analytics tools to meet their sustainability goals. A recent project, the Terminal 2 West expansion at San Diego International Airi:>ort, became the first-ever certified LEED Platinum. Computational fluid dynamics (CFO) for predictive airflow performance and solar and energy models defined scenarios that the design team successfully deployed.

Deliver Unique Design Solutions

While Syska is at the leading edge of engineering innovation, our fundamental mission to solve our clients’ challenges has remained consistent. We offer a complete range of delivery methods, varying from traditional design-bid-build, design-build, P3 and Construction Manager at Risk.
